Microcuvée No. 2 is characterized by a hue between golden and orange and a delicate bubbly. It is a cidre for fine cuisine and has a very fresh bitterness. After a natural fermentation in the bottle, a traditional clarification process is carried out and the cider is degorged from bottles stored upside down, retaining natural gas while the cider remains clear and stable.
