Josianne, who followed in Marguerite's footsteps, grows 8,5 hectares in the village of Amershewill with her daughter (Marion).
She and her daughter (Marion) grow 8,5 hectares in the village of Amershewill. The winery is passed down from mother to daughter. Everything is done by hand, including the harvest, to preserve nature.
The wine is aged for 6 to 9 months in the tars before bottling.
