After gaining experience at other wineries, Albaret Frederic founded Domaine Saint-Antonin in 1994 in the Landoc region of southern France.

From the original 13 ha, the estate has doubled in size and is now 26 ha with an annual production of 100,000 bottles under family management.

Since 2005, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache and Carignan have been grown organically without the use of pesticides and with grass to protect the special schist soils of Forgere.
