Maison Hérout has been a pioneer in the production of top-quality BIO ciders since 1946 in Ovères, in the central region of the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy.

Since the 1970s, they have been producing their own 100% BIO ciders using only apples from their own orchards.

Since the 70's, they have been using only 100% BIO-grown apples from their own farm, and have been actively involved in passing on the traditional artisanal techniques.

Maison Hérout uses only “traditional methods” and does not inject any carbon dioxide gas or sterilize the wine, but instead uses carbon dioxide gas that occurs naturally in the bottle.

Made from 100% pure fruit juice, Hérout ciders are 100% natural.
