This house is R.M. located in the village of Cuy, a Premier Cru in the northern part of the Côte des Blancs. 2004, Thierry Bourmeau built his own brand and started organic farming.

His father planted 4,5 hectares of Chardonnay 50 years ago, and thanks to the micro-climate of the villages of Cramant and Cuy.
