Maison Copinet has a long history in Champagne,
The family has always been involved in the handcrafting of terroirs.
In 1956, Alexandre's grandfather gave him his first vineyard. He then converted the vineyard to organic farming in order to create a style of Champagne that suited him, and to showcase the terroir while preserving nature.
I came up with the idea of Champagne.
The microclimate of the Cézanne region, with its excellent vineyard environment, allows us to produce Champagnes that express delicate nuances and savory notes.
