The main aroma is the soothing sweetness of the black maple, with a hint of the cool green scent of fir to create the image of having reached a sacred forest.
In addition to the aroma of black locust and fir, we added a bit of bergamot to give it a gorgeous and spicy element, creating a different taste from our previous limited edition fir tree-main gin.
The aroma of this gin is even more pronounced when it is mixed, and when mixed with tonic or soda, it makes a refreshing gin and soda that goes great with food.
