No lactic fermentation, 70% stainless steel fermentation, 30% Burgundy barrels

The nose is mineral but firm, with lots of fresh white fruit from the Chardonnay. Long on the finish, this wine is delicious now, but has great potential for the future.

The bottle is aged in the cellar for at least 48 days, then aged for 12 months under the sea at a depth of 60 meters off the coast of the island of Ouessant in Brittany.
