This cuvée is made by René Collet's great-uncle, Anthime Collet, who cherishes the traditional work of barrel craftsmen.
Their signature temperature-controlled barrel fermentation system allows fermentation in 300L barrels, and each bottle is shaken twice a year to stir the lees. This cuvée has great potential.
It is a Champagne that is delicious now, but can also be aged for a long time.
