This wine is lactic acid fermented and 12 months tal aged. 11% natural sugar content so no added sugar. This blend is unfiltered and reflects well the vineyard character of Domaine Copinet in Sézanne. There is also an oli and a selection of the best quality wines from the Copinet winery Vin Clerc and the best quality wines are selected for the Coteaux Champenois.
