An organic pastis that makes use of garden plants: hyssop (an herb of the perilla or mint family), lavender, chamomile, anise, licorice, and finally, honey from Perigord is added. The spices are macerated in organic grain alcohol for 24 hours. It is then distilled in a distiller heated by solar electricity. The fragrant magic potion is then added to the Perigord honey and allowed to sit for a few more weeks to bring out its sweet aromas.
