Combining parts where kelp was directly placed in the distillation kettle and parts where kelp was soaked the day before, and devised how the temperature rises and how the mixture is blended to express the flavor of the kelp and the sense of dashi (soup stock). Then, adding a lot of yuzu peel to the basket to add a touch of glamour.

When you take a sip, the flavor of the kelp spreads out, and gradually the gentle citrus aroma and moderate bitterness of the yuzu peel can be felt.
When mixed with tonic, it has a more fruity taste with added sourness and sweetness, and it is also recommended to simply soda up and enjoy it with a meal.
