Thomas Frissant is a young maker who started his own winery in 2019.

He owns 14 hectares of vineyards in the hills of the town of Monne.

He has studied viticulture in different regions of the world, including Burgundy, the northern Rhône, Bandol in Provence, Clare Valley in Australia, and New Zealand.

Each of these places has been a living learning experience as I have interacted with passionate winemakers.

This experience established his desire to make his own wine.

He makes his wines in a rational and organic way.
