After studying at Bollinger, Mr. Benoit became the 8th generation,

He returned to the family maison and now master of tar fermentation and is currently growing 1,7 hectares of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, which he acquired in 2015, in one vineyard in the village of Fossois in the Vallée de la Marne.

He grows our own vineyards and respect nature and only help it to the point where we can help it, and also to the point where we can help it to grow tal in the forest by the vineyard.

He also make his own tars in the forest by the vineyards, tars fermentation, and tars aging.

This is a manufacturer that limits its production in order to produce high quality Champagne.
