A thirteenth generation grape farmer and one of the oldest in Champagne, he has been preparing his vineyards for biodynamic cultivation since 2014. He owns 6 hectares of vineyards in 7 villages, one third of them are Premiers Cru and Grand Cru.

No herbicides are used. The grapes are rooted deep into the ground, the vineyards are protected by the use of cattle manure to ensure that the grapes grow well.

The wine is made using traditional degorgesmant, which is rare today.

The vineyards are weeded to nurture ecosystems and biodiversity, and everything is managed according to the principles of bioculture.

Alexandre Lamblot seeks first and foremost to express the terroir of his vineyards.
