Since 2011, the company's co-managers, Remi and Philippe, began a new endeavor: producing a sparkling currant fruit.
After much trial and error, they established Clos de Gob in the Argonne-Ardenaise region.
They make their sparkling currant wine in the traditional way. No pesticides are used.
